At the Movies (Batista and Maria)

He nodded."Absolutely. You're special Maria, how could I not want you for myself?"

She smiled at that as she nuzzled into him. "You're pretty special yourself...I hope you know that." she told him.

"And...I've had the hots for you ever since I first saw you..." she admitted. "I never figured I was your type, though."

Dave looked down at her. "What would make you say that?"

"Well like I had said before...I thought your type was more of the curvacious type and maybe not as...quirky as me...but hey, what do I know?" she said laughing.

Dave grinned. "You do have curves and everyone has quirks. It's what makes life interesting."

She nodded. "You're right about that." she said as she nuzzled against the crook of his neck.

He stroked her hair gently. "At my age, you have to start getting right eventually."

"Listen to you...sounding like you're old and stuff." she teased.

"I'm starting to get there. And I've had my fair share of screw ups." He chuckled.

"Well I look at it this way. Those mistakes, or screw ups, make us who we are. If you hadn't done that, you wouldn't be where you are today and you'd be a totally different person. Not to mention, they do help us grow and mature in ways that we woould never be able to without having made those mistakes." she said smiling.

"And I say...you're a really amazing guy...so those screw ups weren't necessarily bad."

He smiled at her. "Thanks Maria."

"I'm only speaking the truth." she said as she stole another kiss.

He smiled and kissed her back.

She melted into the kiss, feeling herself go weak.

He pulled back and caressed her face. "You're incredible."

She smiled at him, loving how his hand felt.

"I hope the break up goes very quick." Dave murmured, his eyes searching her face and rememorizing it.

"Me too." she said, gazing up into his eyes. "Me too..."

"You'll do it today?" He asked.

She nodded. "tonight."

"Good, cause I don't want wait any longer than I have to." He chuckled.

She smiled. "Don't worry, me either." she said as the trailers started.

"I know you didn't really want to see this movie, so thanks..."

"It wouldn't have been my first choice, but I'm not dreading it. Besides, if it makes you happy, it's worth it." Dave said.

She smiled at that. "Hey...I know trailers happen to take a good chunk of time...." she said smirking a little before kissing him again.

[[i actually finally saw the movie...it was HILARIOUS! Best part of the movie...Katherine Heigl wearing vibrating underwear in a restuarant at a big business dinner and a kid accidentally gets a hold of the remote and starts playing with it lol]]

Dave laughed and eagerly kissed her back.

(that was my favorite part too! lol that and the elevator scene haha and the ending was in th balloon and bed was funny too)
