"I keep telling you people, my career is OVER. I just came back from an injury and now this shit happens? Katie should might as well just fire me."

"Lacy stop. She will not fire and injuries happen, they are bound to with our job." he tells her.

"You just have to get the surgery and recover, then you come back and kick some ass again."

"Your career is not over."

"I should just quit." She mutters. "Tell me one person who injured their ACL and came back the same. Lita did and all she did was manage for a year, wrestle a little before retiring. Matt did and he hasn't been the same. It's the same damn thing everytime."

He sighs.

"Well change it. Come back better than ever Lace, you're better than Lita and everyone else who had the same injury. This is one obstacle and you have to prove yourself."

Lacy doesn't say anything, opting to wipe a tear that fell from her eye.

Phil stroked her hair and smiled a little at her.

"I think you'll be fine, alright? You trust me right?"

"Yeah." She says quietly.

"I don't buy it." he smirked a little.

She can't help but smile a bit. "Yes I trust you."

"You really sure?" he chuckled.

"Hush." she laughs lightly.

He laughs.

"Just trust me when I tell you, you will be fine."

"I guess."

"You guess?"

"I believe that's what I said."

"Well then I guess I'll have to take it."

"Yep." She wipes her hair out of her eyes.

Phil just nods.

"Yep."

"I think you should go now."

"Kicking me out already?"

"I just want to be by myself for a while."

Phil just sighs and nods. He gets up and leaves, looking for Shannon and Mimi.

Lacy waits until Phil leaves before beginning to cry, frustrated with herself.
