I'm So Sick [Ellie/Jeff]

Ellie groaned as she sneezed for the fifteenth time in a row and laid her head back on the pillow. In a pair of grey sweats and a black cami and her hair in a messy bun, dhe felt so drained and she had a massive headache. She decided to stay home for the week and didn't make any contact with anyone. To her this was the end of the world. Coughing and sniffling, she heard someone come into her house and make their way up the stairs. Knowing it was probably one of her siblings or friends.

"If you're here to kill me, then go ahead and take me out of my misery." she groaned with a sneeze as she covered herself completely with a blanket.

"Ellie?!" he called through the door. "You alright? It's JEff...can I come in?"

She took the covers off her head a bit and looked at the door.

"Yeah sure. It's open."

He opened the door and tried not to laugh at his baby sister. "Not feeling well?"

"Obviously." she said blowing her nose.

"Punch me or something to knock me out." she joked.

"I am not gonna hit you Ellie." he chuckled.

"Then leave." she smirks.

"Kidding of course. What brings you by to hell?" she asks.

"You're gonna get sick and Candice will not like that."

"I'll be fine...I just wanted to check on you...see how you were doing and I'm glad I did." he chuckled.

"Want me to make you some soup or some tea or something?"

"Hm, tempting. Sure, I think tha-" she sneezed.

"...That would be great."

"You want chicken noodle soup and some tea?" he smiled softly.

"Whatever is good."

"Okay.." he chuckled as he went to her kitchen. "So...how did you manage to get sick?"

"Don't laugh, but it was the beach. I fricking-" cough.

"...jinxed myself."

He couldn't help but laugh a little. "I warned you." he shook his head.

"Whatever Nero." she chuckles.

He smiled innocently at Ellie. "You'll be fine." he chuckled as he started fumbling through her kitchen looking aorund for what he needed.

"I'm dying." she groaned dramatically.

"I haven't been this sick in......ever."

"You are not dying." he rolled his eyes. "This will teach you a lesson." he smiled.

"Why aren't you sick?"

"Well I wasn't out at the beach ALL night like you...also...I have a good immune system and I've been getting a good amount of rest every night." he explained.

She looks at him and sneezes.

"Damn you."

"Hey...I'm making you soup." he stuck his tongue out at her.

"That you are." she nods.

"I'm so sore. I think I have the flu."

He quickly went over to her and touched her forehead. "Hmm...you are pretty warm...you might." he said softly.

"Aw, no." she pouts.
