Hanging Out with Jeff

Walking up to Jeff's door with Maddie in her arms, Ellie knocked and waited for Jeff to answer. It had been a while since she had seen her older brother and well...Madison had to see her godfather sometime. It had been a couple of months already.

Madison pointed at the door and looked at Ellie.

'Layley?"

Ellie chuckled.

"No, Uncle Jeff."

"Eff." Maddie giggled.

Jeff went to the door and smiled when he saw Maddie and Ellie. "Hey...it's two of the most beautiful women in the world." he grinned, taking Maddie from Ellie and held her.

Ellie rolled her eyes and chuckled as Madison laughed.

"Well, at least you are alive and well." she joked.

He stuck his tongue out at her. "Ha ha."

"What? I'm just saying. I know you want kids with Candice and are trying and whatnot, but you have to step out of the house sometime." she joked as she walked in.

"No we don't." he smirked back as he began to play with Maddie. "So how are you and that husband of yours?"

She shook her head in amusement.

"We're good. I'm trying to do something for him on Father's Day, just don't know what yet."

"Call me crazy, but shouldn't that be Maddie's job?" he chuckled as he laid on his back and held Maddie up like an airplane.

"No, I want to like have a family thing..." she shrugged. "Maybe a barbecue or something." she said as Madison giggled loudly.

He smiled. "Well I'm up for it...where'd you wanna do it?" he asked as he tickled his niece.

"Don't know yet, I have to ask Katie about it too." she shrugged as Maddie giggled again.
