Out of Their Busy Schedules [Katie/Ellie]

"That's very true.' she chuckled.

Katie nodded then looked over and saw the room service menu.

"We should order cake." Katie said as she grabbed the menu.

"Cake sounds good to me."

Katie looked at the menu.

"Hm...like red velvet?" Katie asked.

"I love red velvet." she said.

"Good." Katie said as she grabbed the phone and ordered the cake.

Ellie chuckled as Katie placed the order and waited.

Katie hung up when she was done.

"I love cake so much." Katie said with a wide smile.

"We all know that."

"It's become really obvious hasn't it?" Katie asked.

"Pretty much, even the kids are hooked on cake."

Katie thought for a minute.

"I'm converting to cookies." Katie said.

"I'd like to see that happen."

"Well then you're going to enjoy this." Katie said as she picked up the phone again.

"Okay." she chuckled, watching Katie.

"I want double chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and um M&M." Katie said.

She smiled then hung up the phone.

"See. I don't need cake." Katie said.

"Right, so I'll eat the red velvet cake all to myself."

"And I...won't care." Katie said.

"We'll see."

"Yes we will." Katie said.

"Good because I'm not sharing." she chuckled.

Katie's jaw dropped.

"That's just mean." Katie said.

"Is not, you're all cookie monster now."

"Right...I am." Katie said.

She heard a knock on the door.

"That must be the cake." Katie said, standing still for a moment before she ran to the door.

Ellie chuckled as Katie went to get the door.
