Out of Their Busy Schedules [Katie/Ellie]

Katie chuckled.

"I know. He must really love me because I'm really not sweet and innocent." Katie said.

"Apparently. Poor guy." she joked.

"Yeah...but hey he married me for a reason and if he wanted to get a divorce he would have done it by now." Katie said.

"That's true."

"And if he didn't really love me he wouldn't have stayed with me when he found out Jake might not have been his." Katie said.

She then smiled.

"I have the best husband in the world." Katie said.

"You sure do. There aren't too many men out there who would do that."

"Nope which is sad. I'm glad I got one of the good ones." Katie said.

"I'm happy for you." she smiled.

"Thanks, I'm happy for you too." Katie said with a smile.

'Oh thanks." she smiled.

"You're welcome." Katie said before she looked over at Maddie.

"You're wide awake for a person who is way past her bedtime." Katie said with a chuckle.

Ellie chuckled. "This child takes forever to fall asleep."

Katie chuckled.

"Well then she gets to have more fun with us." Katie said.

"She certainly does." Ellie chuckled.

"I like having fun." Maddie nodded.

"Good because we're going to make sure you have a bunch of fun." Katie said.

"We play with toys?" she asked.

"Sure." Katie said.

"Yay! I like toys." Maddie grinned.

"Me too. Did you bring any of your toys?" Katie asked.

"No." she pouted.

"Are they in your hotel room?" Katie asked.

"Mhm." she nodded.

"Let's go get them then." Katie said.

"Kay!"

Katie chuckled then grabbed her room key then took Maddie's hand and walked to the door.

"Ellie if you plan on staying I need your key, if you're coming get a move on." Katie said.
