Running Into Each Other [AJ/Ellie]

He nodded. "Alright then." he sighed as he looked at AJ and then back at Ellie. "I dunno though...I don't think he can handle you." he smirked.

"Oh shut up." she said punching his arm with a laugh.

"We're cool though, right?"

"Yeah, I guess." he chuckled. "Have a good match."

She pouts.

"I don't wanna goooooo." she chuckles.

He playfully pushed Ellie. "Get on with it...come on."

"Ugh fine. You better behave though." she warns. "I really really really like him."

"Ellie...you're talking to me...when have I ever NOT behaved~?" he asked with an innocent smile. Well...as innocent as he could manage.

Ellie looked at Jeff and raised an eyebrow.

"He's going to die." she said shaking her head as she walked back over to Shannon and AJ.

"Well I've got a match to do." she shrugs.

Jeff chuckled. "Everything will be fine."

AJ smiled, kissing her lips. "Good luck Ellie."

She kissed him back and smiled.

"Thanks." she grins.

She starts to walk away before looking at Jeff and Shannon with a glare.

Shannon looked over at Jeff and then AJ. He grabbed a chair from the wall and opened it up.

"Have a seat AJ." he said putting on his best macho man act.

"Go ahead Jeff." he said, folding his arms.

Jeff smirked as AJ sat down. "Look...my sister's last boyfriend was nothing short of a douchebag...and she's been through hell recently. I don't want to see her get hurt again." he said seriously.

"I wouldn't dream of hurting her." AJ defended. "I'm not like that...I thought you knew that."

"He does know that,just don't want to see her upset and hurt anymore. She's like a sister to me too and well, I think what Jeff is saying is that if you hurt her, we hurt you." Shannon said bluntly.

"Exactly." Jeff nodded.

AJ nodded. "I get it you guys. I don't plan on hurting her." he assured.

"Well you look like someone we could trust, so I trust you. What about you Jeff? Do you trust him?" Shannon asked.

Jeff gave it some thought. "Yeah...I trust him...but...IF you hurt her...I will not hesitate to kill you."

"Same goes with me. Remember, there are other people out there who would not hesitate to hurt you either. This is just one Hardy brother."

AJ nodded. "Yeah...I promise."

"Good...now that we have an understanding...congrats." Jeff grinned.

"Yes congrats, you get to date the crazy Hardy." he joked.

Meanwhile, Ellie's match was still going on as Nikki had the advantage now after she had hit "injured" Ellie's knee, only actually bothering it.

AJ laughed. "I happen to enjoy a little crazy. It never hurts anyone." he smiled, thinking about Ellie.

Jeff chuckled. "You know I think you're awesome and cool and "phenomenal"..." he started with a laugh. "But Ellie's my baby sister...that's all."

AJ nodded with a smile. "I know...she's really special."

"Oh man, I can tell they are going to be sickeningly sweet Jeff. Just like you are with Candice." he joked.

AJ blushed.

"Hey...don't hate just because you don't have a girlfriend....or boyfriend or someone...maybe you should get a cat." Jeff smirked.

Shannon pretended to glare at Jeff.

"Shut up."

AJ and Jeff laughed.

"Always ganging up on me." he said shaking his head.

"I see how it is." he pouts as he looked over at the tv that was backstage.

"Well she won." he shrugs.

AJ watched as well, smiling. "Awesome." he grinned.
