Hardy in Training [Ellie/Jeff/Candice/Hardys]

Candice laughed. "All right. What did you want to work on?"

"Well I got the basics in check, I just want to go over some submissions and some finishers."

"Okay, what are you thinking for finishers, we'll start with that." Candice said.

"Well I want to do the Long Kiss Goodnight and I also want to do a facebuster from the top rope." she replied.

"All right, I'll help you with your finishers, and you can make Jeff tap." Candice chuckled. "Which would you like to do first?"

"Make Jeff tap in a sharpshooter." she said with a smirk.

"Oh thanks Candy...I teach you a Whisper in the Wind and that's you repay me?" he teasedm sticking his tongue out at him.

Ellie shook her head in amusement.

"That's the best way anyone has ever repayed you." she said laughing then thought it over.

"Ew, don't disagree, I know what you are going to say." she said laughing.

"Would you rather she gave you the Long Kiss Goodnight?" Candice teased.

"Right...yeah, okay...I'd rather be given the submission move." he said chuckling as he began to stretch.

"Seriously." she said with a chuckle.

"Okay so how are we going to do this?" she asked as she began getting ready.

Candice grinned at Ellie, squaring her stance. "Go ahead, set me up for your finisher."

"And I will observe." he pointed out as he got in a good stance to watch Ellie's form.

She shook her head in amusement and brought Candice over to the turnbuckle.

"Okay, so basically I grab you by the hair and bring you up while I climb the turnbuckle, then I jump off and around, smashing your face to the ground." she stated simply.

Candice nodded. "All right, let's do it!"

"All right. Sounds good...be careful." he warned them both.

"Okay. Jeff, sorry if I hurt her, I'll go easy." she said with a smirk.

Candice & Ellie locked up and did a few moves here and there, until Ellie irish whipped Candice into the corner. She charged towards her and grabbed her by the hair, bringing her up with her as she climbed the turnbuckle. She jumped off and around, landing on her knees while Candice landed on her face on the mat.

Ellie went over to her.

"Was that okay? Wait, are you okay?" she asked.

Candice nodded and sat up. "I'm fine. I'm impressed, but to make it sound more impactful, you really have to jump off that top turnbuckle, I mean really throw yourself into it."

Jeff breathed a sigh of relief. "That looked great, but I agree with Candice. For more power, go to the top turnbuckle." he agreed.

"Other than that, it looked just about perfect." he said smiling.

"Well my finisher is actually on the top turnbuckle, but I didn't want to hurt her." she said with a laugh.

"But yes!!! I got that down pact." she said with a laugh.

"So, Jeff, I want you to teach me the Swanton and a moonsault, please?" she asked him.

"A swanton? Alright...but I have to warn you I usually don't do moonsaults so it might look a little sloppy." he said chuckling as he stretched.

"Oh so I should ask Matt instead? I always knew he was the better man." she said teasing him.

"Soraya can do a moonsault." Candice suggested. "Try Matt's girlfriend instead."

"That sounds better. Since our weight will be around the same amount, she might be able to teach me better."

Jeff just stuck his tongue out at Ellie. "Yeah but Matt can't do the swanton, so ha." he said smirking.
