Finally Training Again [AJ/Ellie]

Walking to the ring with AJ, Ellie was excited to train again. She had been at the gym non stop over the past couple of weeks and finally was in the shape that she wanted to be...but now she had to work on her in-ring moves before she could officially return. All day today...she had been hyper, even when getting dressed, just itching to step into the ring.

"I am so excited!" she giggled. "It feels like forever since I've been in the ring." she stated.

AJ was trying to keep from laughing as he watched Ellie get all excited. It was adorable. "Alright...what all did you wanna work on, baby?" he asked, stretching out.

Ellie thought for a minute.

"Everything."

HE chuckled. "alright, what first?"

"Oh! Can we work on some submission moves and some moves from the turnbuckle?"

He nodded. "Just let me know specifically what you wanna work on right this second." he said, running the ropes a bit.

"Okay." she replied as she thought. "I really want to learn how to do a great moonsault and a missile dropkick. I always had a hard time with those for some reason."

"You wanna start with a moonsault and missile dropkick?" he asked arching his eyebrow.

"Yeah? Why?" she pouted.

"Just checking." he smiled, leaning in and kissing her.

She tossed him a playful glare, but kissed him back anyway.

"Fine. Now come on, be my instructor and show me the ropes." she winked.

He chuckled. "Alright, alright." he said, climbing the ropes a bit. "Which move first?"

"Um, missile dropkick."

He nodded. "I'm gonna demonstrate it for you first."

"Okay." she nodded as she started to get more serious.

He climbed up to the top rope. "Alright...you gotta make sure whoever you're gonna kick is in the right place." he told her. He pointed to a specific spot on the mat. "That is exactly where my back is gonna land." he said before jumping and kicking an imaginary opponent and landing right in that spot.

Ellie nodded.

"Okay, so can I try now?"

He nodded. "Go for it. Want me to be there for you to kick me?" he offered.

"Sure, that'd be good. It'll just prove that I am better than you." she joked with a smirk as she climbed up the turnbuckle. "Oh. This is a little...um...higher than I last remembered."
