Surprise Baby Shower

Ashley & Trish had decided to throw a baby shower for Katie and Ellie. Although Jake was almost one already and Ellie gave birth about two months ago, they still wanted to do something nice and figured this was the best way to do it. Plus, they all haven't seen each other in a long time.

After setting up some balloons in the room they rented out at a restaurant, Ashley looked at their work with a smile on her face.

"I think we're all set here. We just have to wait for them to show up. What did you tell them again?"

"To come in about five minutes." Trish said with a smile.

"Well I know that." she chuckled.

"But I mean, you had to lie to them about coming here. What did you say was the reason?"

"Oh. I told them just to come here and if they didn't they were going to get their head kicked off." Trish said with a shrug.

"Nice Trish." she chuckled as they waited.

Ellie was at the gym working out when she received a phone call from Trish to meet her at the restaurant. She quickly changed and made sure Maddie was all bathed and changed as well, before heading out. Finally, she made it to the restaurant and stepped out of her car as she went to grab Maddie from the backseat. After taking the car seat out of the car, she fixed her shirt a little and headed inside.

"I know." Trish said with a smile.

Katie parked her car in front of the restaurant then got out. She took off her sunglasses then put them in her purse before she walked into the restaurant.

"I think they're here."

Ellie looked over at Katie as she walked in.

"Hey Katie. What are you doing here?"

"Looks like they are. Girls over here!" Trish yelled.

"I was told to come." Katie said before she walked over to Trish and Ashley.

"Same." she shrugged as she saw them.

"Oh hey Ashley. Trish." she nodded.

"Hey." Katie said.

"Hi." Trish said with a smile.

"So is there a reason why we are here?" she chuckled as Maddie started to fuss in her car seat.

"Well, we wanted to catch up and we have something for you two."

Katie nodded.

"What do you have for us?" Katie asked.

"Well come follow us." she chuckled as she started leading them to the other room.

Ellie looked at Ashley confused, but followed her.

Katie got up then followed Ashley and Trish.

Ashley opened the doors for them.

"Surprise ladies."

Katie looked at it in shock.

"Aw you guys." she smiled as she looked around the room that was decorated with yellow, light green, pink and blue balloons.

"You really didn't have to do this." she smiled.

"We wanted to." Ashley told them.

"It's look amazing, thank you." Katie said.

"You're both very welcome."

"Now let's party." Trish said with a smile.

"Yes, let's." Ashley chuckled.

"I guess we can." she smiled as she took Maddie out of her car seat.

Trish opened the champagne and grabbed a couple glasses.

"We don't want you two going home so drunk now."

"Oh Ash shush." Trish said.

"What? I'm just saying."
