Maddie's Day

"Well, she's happy." Lacy laughed a little.

She nodded. "Which makes me happy." she chuckled. "You guys didn't have to get her such crazy gifts....but when it's my birthday...I want a car too." she grinned.

"You've got Scotty..." he teased. "...to buy you a car."

"You heard her, Scott. Get on it." Lacy smirked.

"Yeah, I'll get on that when I hit the lottery." He smirked.

"Welp, looks like you'll be buying your own car." Punk smirked.

"Shut up dork." Ellie said as she playfully punched his arm.

"Scottyyyyy....your gift now." Maddie grinned.

Scott looked down at her and laughed. "Well cutie, I didn't know what to get ya. So I didn't get you anything. Buuut, to make up for being such a bad friend, we will go shopping tomorrow, and I'll buy you stuff that you want. Sound like a deal?" he pouted.

"A good deal." she giggled. "We'll buy lots and lots of toys."

"Well get you some." He chuckled.

Allison pouted and pulled on Daddy's hand. "I want toys, Daddy."

"Okay." she said. "Then we'll play with them."

Punk looked down at Ally. "You already have a lot of toys."

"Whatever you want." He chuckled. "Did you open everyone's gifts?"

"But I want more." Ally continued to pout.

"...I think so." Maddie said.

"We'll see."

"Mommy's?" He rose a brow.

Well, that wasn't what she wanted to hear. "But Daddyyyyy."

Maddie gasped. "I forgot!"

Ellie was 'shocked'. "You forgot about mine? Maddie, I'm sad."

"I sorry." Maddie giggled as she hugged Ellie. "I open it now."

Ellie chuckled and handed her the bag that had her gift in it. It was just some barbies that Maddie wanted, along with coloring books and stuff for school. "Ajay got you the coloring books and all your school stuff." she told him.

"...but I have no money Mommy."

Maddie giggled. "Cause you use it all for me." she grinned. "Thank you Ajay and Mommy." she said.

"You're very welcome." Ellie said as she kissed her cheek.

"We'll seeee." he chuckled. "I'll take you and Brandon for toys tomorrow."

"Just me." Ally nodded.

"Nowww have you finished opening everyone's gifts?" Scott teased Madison.

"Nope, you and Brandon." he said.

"Now I think so." Maddie nodded.

"Why Brandon?" She frowned.

"Then... let us eat cake!" Scott declared.

"Nerd." Lacy snorted.

"Because you two have to learn how to share and I can't just leave him behind."

"Yes cake!" Maddie said excitedly.

"All the cake." Ajay cheered.

"My nerd." Ellie snorted. "...I should have gotten a whole cake just for him." she teased.

"Fine, he go. But I stay home." She crossed her arms.

"I think he'll eat the whole cake anyway." Lacy joked.

Scott came over and put his arms around Ellie and Lacy, kissing both of their cheeks. "Would you ladies quit your yammerin' and get to cutting the cake?"

"If that's what you wanttttt."

"Ugh, so demanding." Ellie chuckled as she went to cut the cake.

She went to sulk on the swings.

"I want cake." She smirked.

"You have hands Lacy...serve yourself." she joked as she served Maddie her piece, then Ajay and Colt.

"I will serve Brandon and.. Allison? Where'd she go?" Lacy looked around.

Ellie looked around and saw her by the swings. "Over there." she pointed.

"She's upset because I told her I'd take her and Brandon to get toys. Of course, she doesn't want Brandon to go."

Lacy rolled her eyes and made sure she could watch Allison. "She'll be alright."

"Cause Punk is soooooo mean." Ellie teased as she cut pieces for everybody else.

"I just don't want Brandon or Ally to feel like I choose one over the other. Brandon is already thinking I love Ally more."

"Those kids." Lacy sighed and shook her head gently. "It's like they want us to pick sides."
