While I liked Candy very much when we were together, my feelings for her weren't strong enough to put in the extra effort, and she felt the same." Dave started the car and backed out of the parking space. "My feelings for you are much stronger and I'll do whatever it takes to make this work."

She smiled widely at that. "Yay." she said brightly.

"Oh so I was talking with Katie and I told her we were together...well apparantly, I'd been getting around more than that. Because she told me she haeard that not only was I dating Dal, I was dating you, Miz and even a referee." she told him like she was talking about someone else and trying not to laugh.

"Well apparantly someone found out I was dating Dal and then I guess word of our break up went around and that I was with you...and Katie told me I was also dating Miz and a referee too." she explained.

"I don't mind the referee as much as I mind Miz...ewwww."

She laughed. "I know...Katie thinks he probably started the rumor himself. You know how he gets."

"And I meant what I said back at the movie theater when we met again...you deserve the best."
