Lacy jumped at everyone shouting at her and covered her mouth. "Oh my God, you guys..." she laughed lightly. Her eyes scanned the room. Some people she knew, others, she didn't.

A woman walked up to her and held out her hand for her to shake. "Hi Lacy, I'm Emma, Punk's cousin. It's so nice to finally meet you, Punk says nothing but good things about you."

Lacy ached a brow. "Emma... Punk's cousin?"

"Yeah." Emma smiled brightly. "He asked me to help set this up for you today. Do you like it?"

"Yeah, I love it... um... excuse me for a second." She went back into the house and grabbed the phone, dialing Punk's number and hoping he'd answer.

Punk was annoyed but he saw that Lacy was calling. He figured he would answer in case she was in labor or anything. He had to be prepared. "What?"

Lacy sighed and spoke lowly so no one else could hear. "Baby, can you please come home?"

"Yeah...okay." he snorted.

"I know about the baby shower and I met Emma. I already feel bad." She bit her lip. "Don't make me feel worse."

He sighed to himself and nodded. "On my way."

"Thank you." She sighed and hung up, sitting on the couch.

He hung up and headed back home. Once he got there, he saw Lacy on the couch. "Why aren't you in the garage?"

"Because I'm such a fucking jerk and I don't deserve this baby shower." She pouted and stood up, going to give him a hug. "I'm so sorry."

"Mhm, see? Should have let me explain myself." he teased as he hugged her back.

"It's just that you were being so secretive and I was starting to get lonely... have I mentioned that I'm an awful person? 'Cause I am." She looked up at him.

"You're not. I shouldn't have ignored you, I was just trying to get it all set up and wanted to get it perfect for you."

"Ha ha." She rolled her eyes and grabbed his hand, leading him into the garage.
