Painting The Baby Room (Katie and Jeff)

Katie was sitting on the couch eating a carton of ice cream when she heard the doorbell ring. She just called Jeff to ask him to help her paint the baby's room. She looked out the window then saw him and smiled.

"Jeff you can come in, the door's unlocked." Katie said.

HE smiled, coming in, wearing his worn paint clothes. "Hey sis." he smiled, hugging her and then rubbed over her stomach. "Hey little guy." he smiled.

"Hey. Thanks for agreeing the baby's room." Katie said.

"No problem." he said, wincing a bit as he pulled away. He was very sore from the match he had with that Conner guy.

Katie looked at Jeff with concern.

"You okay?" Katie asked.

(okay. lol)

"Yeah...just a bit sore from my match a few days ago...against that new Conner guy." he told her. "Talented kid but he's a bit tough to work with...and that chair shot didn't help any either." he chuckled.

"Aw my poor big brother." Katie said with a pout.

She held her hand out.

"Jeff can you please help me up?" Katie asked.

"It's okay." he chuckled as he gently helped her up.

"There we go." he smiled.

[[alright I'm going to bed~! night night~!]]

"Thank you." Katie said with a smile.

"Come on I'll take you up to the baby's room." Katie said as she walked towards the stairs.

HE smiled as he followed her. "So...is there anything in particular you wanted? Or just colors?"

"I want the room baby blue but other then that do whatever you think would be good for the baby's room." Katie said with a smile.

He smiled. "I think...I'm gonna do a baby blue base coat with the moon and stars on one wall and the sun and clouds on the other wall that he can see...would you be okay with that?"

Katie nodded as she smiled.

"That sounds perfect." Katie said.

"Awesome." he smiled as he began to cover furniture.

"Do you need any help?" Katie asked.

"Just keep me company." he smiled as he covered all the furniture.

He then went to open the base coat.

"Okay." Katie said as she sat down on a chair in the room.

"So...ready for the big day? I forgot...are you having a c-section or are you doing it au natural?" he smiled as he grabbed a roller and ladder.

"Yeah, the due date's next week and I'm having a natural birth." Katie said.

"Good luck with that." he chuckled as he climbed to the top of the ladder to start painting. "Is Randy gonna be in the delivery room with you?"

"Of course, he is the father. We're also thinking of allowing a couple more people in with us." Katie said.

"Oh...who'd you want in the room with you?" he asked smiling as he kept paitning.

"I'm think Candice, Ellie, Matt, and if you want to be in there you." Katie said with a smile.

HE grinned at that. "I'd love to! But...can I bring my video camera? To have footage of his first day in the world?" he smiled.

"What are you gonna name him, anyway?"

"Jake Randal Orton and you are not taping me giving birth." Katie said.
