His Birthday

"Yeah, sure." he snorted.

And of course. "She would be so silly if she didn't show up." his Mom said as she pinched his cheeks. "My baby boy is getting married. I'm so happy." she sniffled.

"...you didn't cry this much for me." Punk pouted.

"I cried the same amount." she chuckled.

"Get your own Mom." he snorted and put his arm around her shoulders.

"You take mine, it's only fair that I take yours."

Colt's Mom shook her head. "What am I going to do with you two?"

"Take meeee." Punk joked.

"Daddy! We here and I look super prettyyyyyyy." Maddie said as she ran up to him. Since Maddie would most likely be running around at the reception and since this wasn't a huge wedding, Ellie let Maddie pick out her outfit but made sure it was decent. So, Maddie picked her little dress.

He bent down to pick her up. "You're the prettiest girl I know, cutie." he chuckled. "Did you say hi to grandma?"

She gasped. "No!" she said and looked over at his Mom as she wrapped her arms around Colt's neck. "Hi Grandma! Don't I look pretty today?"

"You look very pretty." She nodded as she kissed her cheek.

"I know." Madison grinned. "I picked my outfit all by myself."

"I'm here too." Punk said.

"Hi Punkerssss.'' she giggled.

"Hey, sorry we're late. Somebody was fighting me on the pants again." Ellie snorted as she walked up to them, holding Ajay's hand. She wore this dress with her hair in a cute ponytail. While Ajay just wore pants similar to Punk's but with a white button down shirt.

"I get hot." Ajay shrugged.

"I feel you, man." Colt chuckled.

"Ellie! Uncle Scotty!" Ally called, and she ran in wearing a summer dress.

"I hear someone's getting married." Lacy said as she walked in wearing this and pushing Carly and Jack in their stroller. She actually showed up. Brandon walked in holding onto her dress and wearing a nice button down shirt and black slacks.

"Hi Ally." Ellie said as she bent down to hug her and then greeted the other kids. She looked up at Lacy and just hugged her tightly. "I'm so happy you're here." She told her. "I thought you weren't going to come at all."

Lacy hugged her back. "Every girl needs a maid of honor."

"Well thank you." she smiled. "It means a lot to me that you're here."

"Now don't get all emotional, we've got to finish getting you ready." she chuckled.

"Uh..." she said as she looked down and then back up. "...I am ready?" she chuckled.

"We can fix your makeup a little, c'mon." she chuckled and took her to the bathroom.

"Well.." Scott scratched the back of his neck. "That's new."

"Okay dear." Ellie chuckled as she went with Lacy.

"What?" Punk asked as he kept an eye on the kids.

"I just didn't think she was actually gonna show." he shrugged. "Glad she did though, I could tell Ellie was kind of bummed."

"I guess she figured she would be here for her." he shrugged.

"Either way, I'm just glad Ellie is happy." he said. "Now..." he sat Maddie down. "can you go tell your Mommy that she looks beautiful so she can hurry up and marry me?" he chuckled.

"Only if you say I'm the beautifulest." Maddie grinned.

Ajay snorted. "Go get Mommy."

"Ugh, so mean." she stuck her tongue out at Ajay and went to the bathroom where the girls were.

Lacy was putting a little more makeup on Ellie. "Yes, Madison?"

"Hi Layley." she grinned. "Daddy told me to tell Mommy that she looks beautiful and to hurry up and marry him."

"Impatient man." she snorted as Maddie sat on Ellie's lap. "I want some of that stuff too, Layley."

"No way little girl, you don't need that stuff." Ellie told her.

Maddie pouted and looked up at Lacy. "Layley." she said with a pout.

Lacy snorted and looked through her makeup. "Lets see if we can give you some sparkle without your Mommy killing me." she said as she pulled out a light, barely noticeable eyeshadow that had some sparkle and some clear lipgloss. She put a little eyeshadow on Maddie and some lipgloss. "There, all done up."

"Thank you Layley." she smiled as she looked in the mirror. "I like it."

Ellie just rolled her eyes and shook her head. "..so, what made you change your mind?" she asked Lacy.

"No problem." She chuckled before turning her attention to Ellie. She shrugged a little. "I missed the first wedding."

She nodded a bit. "Well again, I'm glad you're here."

"No problem." she said. "Now you've got some smooching to do."

"Best part of a wedding." she chuckled as she put Maddie down and stood up, taking a deep breath. "Okay, let's go get me married." she said.

"Yayyyyyyyyy!" Maddie said as she ran out of the bathroom. "We ready!" she announced to...well...everybody who was out in the hall, lol.
