Double Date

Shannon and Punk were coming in from a flight today and since both Mimi and Lacy were in town, they decided they would all meet up and have some sort of double date. Finally they could all just relax and have a nice day out together as couples. They arrived at the restaurant.

"Is your girl even going to show up?" Punk teased as they walked to the restaurant.

"Shut up. What about yours? Didn't leave you again?" Shannon smirked.

Punk chuckled. "You're an asshole, I think you hang around me too much."

"Are you sure I look okay, Lacy?" Mimi asked as she tugged on her dress.

"You look fine." Lacy laughed a little as she watched her. "I don't know why you even wore that, it's just lunch." She shrugged, just wearing black straight leg jeans and a gray tank top. Phil probably wore the same, they were jeans and t-shirt kinds of people anyway.

"I wanted to look nice," Mimi said shyly as they arrived to the restaurant.

"And there they are." Lacy pointed Phil and Shannon out as they were being seated. "Guys," she called to them as she and Mimi walked over.

Phil nodded over at where Lacy and Mimi were. "They both showed up, so ha." he said going by Lacy and giving her a kiss. "Shannon was being mean to me." he said as he unzipped his jacket and took the hood off.

Shannon chuckled as they met up with them. "Ladies." he said as he went by Mimi and kissed her as well. "...and no I wasn't."

Mimi returned Shannon's kiss as she said hi to Phil with a shy smile.

"I spent all morning convincing her that she looked okay to go out." Lacy chuckled as they all sat down. "Shannon, tell your girl she looks nice so she can stop worrying."

"Lacy," Mimi admonished with an embarrassed grin.

He chuckled as they sat down. "She doesn't look nice, she looks gorgeous."

Phil rolled his eyes. "Gonna throw up." he joked. "Lacy looks hot, but she knows this already."

Mimi ducked her head slightly with a small laugh. "Thank you."

Lacy snorted at Phil's comment before laughing at Mimi. "Shannon, how have you not made her stop being so shy yet? Step up your game." She teased.

"I'm trying." he joked.

"Not hard enough." Phil smirked.

"Ha. Hard." Lacy snorted and leaned into Phil's side.

Mimi put her hand over her face. "Lacy..." She chuckled. "Shannon, get your friend."

Phil snorted too. "Lacy is great."

Shannon laughed. "Can't control those two."

"Lighten up, Meem." Lacy chuckled as the waiter came over to take their orders. "I don't know what I want, you guys go first."

"Hm, I'm in the mood for a burger. Your favorite." Phil joked. "I'll have a cheeseburger." he told the waiter. "...with a pepsi."

"I think I'm down for that too." Shannon nodded.

"You both are gross." Lacy chuckled as she ordered pasta.

Mimi chuckled and got a cheeseburger as well with a sprite.

"You all are gross," Lacy corrected herself. "Gonna go sit somewhere else, mhm."

"And sit alone, what a loser." Phil teased.

"Yeah, with my delicious pasta. I'm cool with that." She smirked as she moved to stand up.

Mimi blinked. Obviously not used to Lacy and Punk's banter. "And they're married?" She asked lowly to Shannon.

"Sit down." he laughed. "Ruining this date."

Shannon chuckled. "Yeah, this is how they always act."

"We're married, why do we need to go on dates." Lacy joked she sat back down.

"We're.. not gonna be like that, are we? I'd never know when you were kidding."

"We have little human beings that don't really let us have alone time." he smirked.

He chuckled and shook his head. "Maybe not. I'm not that bad." he laughed.

"And who's fault is it that we have those little human beings?" Lacy smirked as the waiter started to bring their drinks around.

"I mean... they're being mean." Mimi bit her lip with a small laugh.

"Yours." he joked.

He shrugged. "Works for them."

"All I did was lay there." She winked.

Mimi shrugged as well and sipped their soda. "So just.. go along with it?"

"Sure you did." he laughed.

"Pretty much."

Lacy shook her head as the food arrived and the waiter started to sit their food in front of them. "Your food's here, stuff your face and shut up." She teased and looked at Shannon and Mimi. "Soooo... you two." She grinned.

"Yes dear." he chuckled.

"Us two?"

"It's been like a year and you're still together, 'cause I made you guys talk to each other. You can thank me now."

Mimi chuckled a little. "Thanks..."

"Seriously though, you guys are so cute together it's ridiculous." She grinned. "Right, Phil?"

"Uh...I guess." he shrugged. "Hell I don't know."

"Um thanks." Shannon laughed.
