How We Met [Punk/Lacy]

She scoffed. "Um, if you didn't notice, I was surrounded by ten other people."

"Well you could have at least told me to wait instead of ignoring me."

"Okay, you're being really petty right now." She rolled her eyes. "It's not like I ignored you. I said hello."

"Yeah now."

She rolled her eyes slightly. "Fine. Whatever."

Colt walked over slightly annoyed. "Why are you rolling your eyes? Not good."

She shook her head. "Come dance with me." She grabbed Colt's hand pulling him out to the dance floor.

"THIS COULD HAVE BEEN YOU!" Colt yelled at Punk with a grin as he was being pulled.

Phil glared at Colt and just sat at the bar, drinking his pepsi.

"So what happened?"

"He was being petty." She shrugs as they started to dance. "You know how I was swamped with people earlier today while I was getting settled in? Well he got all offended that I didn't say hi to him, while i was trying to take care of other stuff. I would have introduced myself to him later."

"What a pansy."

"I know."

"Don't worry about him, he's just been really bitter lately." he shrugged. "He was dating some chick who ended up cheating on him and he's still taking it hard." he said.

"Don't let him get to you."

"Well I didn't make the bitch cheat on him." She scoffed.

Colt rolled his eyes. "So crass, Lace."

"I got it from you."

"I'm such a great teacher."

"Be proud." She rolled her eyes. "Now what was this about us getting together?"

"What?"

"I heard you." She chuckles. "I can get you two together, you know."

"Oh.. well.. er..." He stepped away from Lacy and dragged Phil over quickly. "HEY PHIL come dance with Lacy." He grinned.

Phil was a bit startled as he was dragged over to where Lacy was.

"I don't think--"

"Nonsense, it's a great idea." he said, knowing what he was thinking. "You two kids have fun, and don't do anything I would do." he joked with a wink as he walked off.

Phil scratched the top of his eyebrow nervously.

"I'm uh, sorry. About before."

"Yeah." She scratched her arm.

"I'm just being a total dick." he stated. "And I was getting mad over nothing."

"It's cool." She shrugged. "I can't make you like me."

"Oh, uh...yeah." he said.

"Um, so did you want to dance or not?"

She looks at him. "Are you the kind of guy that dances?"

"Honestly, not really...but I figured I'd try and be nice."

"I'm not going to make you dance if you don't want to." She shrugged, going to walk off of the dance floor over to the bar.

Phil nodded and went back to the bar, ordering another pepsi for himself.

Lacy walked over to Colt who was nursing his beer, "Hey, I'm gonna get out of here."

Colt frowned. "What? Why?"

"I don't feel very well." She smiles lightly, feeling bad for leaving.

"What's wrong?"

Lacy tried to think of an excuse. "Lady issues, I've really just been getting those cramps and bloating--"

"Okay, okay." Colt plugged his ears. "Just promise that you'll never tell me anything like that again. Take a picture with me before you leave?"

"Colt.." She whined playfully.

"Please?" he asked.

"I want to take a picture with my best friend, that's a girl for once." he chuckled. "Oh and Phil, definitely have to have you two in it."

"Fine, fine." She chuckles. "For you."

"Thank you Lacyyy." he chuckled as he called Phil over.

"What is it?" Phil asked.

"Come on man, a picture, for me. I would like to remember this night somehow cause I know I'll be hungover."

"Pwease?" He pouted.
