Reflections (Dal and Brooke)

Dal was walking along the corridor from Stephanie's office to the men's locker room, feeling miserable. It seemed like things weren't working out for him in the WWE. He hadn't won any matches, was struggling to find that special someone and had now gotten in trouble with the GM's. He wondered whether he should go back to New Zealand and forget about the WWE. At least there he had friends. As he walked he bumped into someone and looking up found himself looking at Brooke.

Brooke was walking back stage in a pink short short skirt and pink crop top. Her hair was in pig tails which she thought looked cute. She was walking backstage when she saw some.

"Dan right?" she asked not knowing his name.

"Yes I'm Dal," Dal said.
He wondered what Brooke wanted. He wouldn't be at all surprised if it had gotten around pretty quickly about what had just taken place in Stephanie's office.

"Are you a superstar?" she asked.

John was walking around the hallways of the Smackdown arena looking for Brooke when he turned the corner and saw her talking with Dal Knox. His eyes narrowed then stormed over to them. John put an arm around Brooke's shoulders then glared at Dal.

"What are you doing near my girlfriend?" John asked.

"Hi John" Brooke smiled.

"We were just talking" she said.

Dal could tell that this was already going to be awkward.
"Sorry Brooke I'd better get going. Don't want to upset John. You're probably not going to want to talk to me anyway. No one is" Dal said.
He started walking off still looking miserable.

"What is his problem" Brooke asked John.

"I don't care. I don't want you near him anymore." John said sternly.

"John if I can't talk to men then I think we are done. Im not going into a controlling relationship" she said not knowing the reason.

"You can talk to men...just not him." John said as he glared at Dal as he walked slowly away.

"Get moving you fucking asshole!" John yelled at Dal.

"John what is your problem" she yelled.

"He asked Rachel Orton out on a date and she's only fifteen!" John yelled.

".................." she couldn't belive it.

"And you let him talk to me" she yelled "Some boyfriend you are"

"I just saved you from talking to him!" John yelled.

"And what if you wern't here" she yelled.

"Well I would have known something was up. I'm always here to protect you." John said.

"But why didn't you warn me" she said.

"I thought you already knew." John said.

"Yeah because I would talk to him if I knew" she said.

"I wonder what he would have did if you didn't show up" Brooke muttered.

"I'd rather not think about it, I don't like thinking about anything or anyone hurting you." John said.

"Im sorry" she said hugging him.

"It's okay." John said as he hugged Brooke back.

"No it's not. I just snapped at you when you were protecting me" she said.

"Yes it is, don't worry about it." John said.
