Confrontation

"I feel terrible for hiring him now." she said softly.

"It's not your fault Steph, you didn't know and neither did I. Oh god we really should do a meeting about this in case he has his eyes for any of the divas." Katie said.

She nodded. "I agree. So they know to avoid him at all costs."

"When should we hold the meeting? I suggest today." Katie said.

She nodded. "Sounds good."

"Dal better come soon before I track him down and beat him with a steel chair." Katie said.

"Calm down Katie. I'm upset too, but now's not the time to go off the handle." she said as she sipped her coffee.

"It just worries me. If Rachel didn't think to run away who knows what would have happened." Katie said softly.

Dal made his way to Stephanie's office having been asked to go there. When he got there he knocked and waited to be asked to go in.

Katie looked at the door then glared before she turned back to Stephanie.

"I wonder who that is." Katie muttered.

"Come in!" she called.

Katie watched as Dal entered the office then stood up and slapped him.

"You are a sick freak!" Katie yelled.

Dal reeled back then looked at Katie. He didn't know what he'd done then wondered if it was about Rachel.
"Hey I didn't do anything honest. When she told me she was 15 I apologised and backed right off," he said, "Man I had no idea she was just 15 she looks a lot older. I am sorry for the upset it caused. If you must shout at me feel free," Dal said.

"That doesn't mean you still had the right to go up to her and flirt with her you fucking pig! You don't just randomly go up to people and flirt with them! You should be so glad Randy isn't here because right now he's so angry that if he got his hands on you you'd be a dead man." Katie said viciously.

"Look I said I was sorry. I feel awful now and if I was in Randy's shoes I'd feel the same way," Dal said.
He hung his head as he was truly sorry.

"You're sorry? Do you actually think just a sorry will cut it? Rachel's at home pretty much shaken up after a maybe 40 year old guy flirted with her and you think a sorry will do?" Katie asked.

She pulled out a document from her purse.

"This is a restraining order, you come near Rachel again I'll go to Vince with this and if Stephanie doesn't fire you I'll make sure Vince does." Katie said.

She looked at Stephanie.

"I'll call you later so we can set up the meeting." Katie said before she turned and glared at Dal one last time before she left.

Dal nodded and watched as she left. He was pretty upset about what had happened but knew that it was fair enough that she'd taken out the restraining order. He had no intention of going near Rachel again. He was relieved he wasn't in any trouble worse than a telling off and could quite understand their anger. If he'd been in their shoes and it was Nadine who'd been flirted with he'd be just as angry. He couldn't imagine she'd seriously think he was near 40. He was only 28.

Stephanie nodded, agreeing with everything Katie was saying. "Dal, this is serious. If we find out you going near her again, I will not even hesitate to fire you." she said sternly.

She nodded at Katie. "Will do." she said before glancing back at Dal.

"You're dismissed as well." she said, not even bothering to look at him.

Dal nodded glad he wasn't going to be yelled at furthur.
"You won't have to fire me as I have no intention of going anywhere near her again. Lesson has been learnt," he said.
He slowly made his way out of Stephanie's office and closed the door softly behind him.
