"Um,Ellie, please dont take this the wrong way. Your brother, Matt, he was nice and lean back then but as the years went by, he like really gained weight, why is that?", she asked very cruiously.

"He actually has some issues with his intestines and all that. He was developed with it since he was seven and his weight keeps going up and down. But it all started after he got his appendix taken out and it's just been messing with him."
