Completing the Trade? (Maria and Katie)

Maria made her way to the Raw General Manager's office. She hoped since she found out Brooke was over on Smackdown that Maria could go to Raw and make it an even trade. She knocked on the door and waited for Katie to let her in.

Katie looked up when she heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." Katie said before she put her signature of a document then put her pen down.

Maria entered the room smiling. "Hey Katie...how are you?" the bright and bubbly diva asked, closing the door behind her.

"Pretty good, how are you?" Katie asked with a smile.

"I'm doing great actually, thanks for asking." she said smiling.

"So...could I possibly ask a favor?"

"Sure and make yourself comfortable in one of the chairs." Katie said.

She smiled as she sat down. "I know that Brooke came over to Smackdown from here on Raw...and now there are a lot of divas on Smackdown...and I love the girls there and I love Steph but...could I maybe come to Raw? Make it...a sort of fair trade?" she asked, biting her lower lip. And Dave being here doesn't hurt things either...

Katie smiled.

"That sounds like a great idea to me and I'd love to have you on Raw. Have you talked to Steph about this?" Katie asked.

"Not yet...I was sort of in town so I decided to ask you first...I'm sure Steph will be fine with it...there are enough divas over on Smackdown." she said chuckling.

"Thank you so much for this Katie."

"You're welcome and is there another reason why you happen to want to be on Raw?" Katie asked with a small chuckle then a smirk.

She knew it had to be about a Superstar, she's heard the rumors.

She blushed. "How did you know?"

"I've heard rumors, now I need to know which superstar. I've heard a lot of names and I'm literally confused." Katie said with a laugh.

She laughed. "I was dating Dal Knox...but I ended up cheating on him with Dave Batista...and now Dave and I are going to start dating..." she siad chuckling.

"What had you heard?"

"That you were dating Dal Knox, went out with the Miz, Dave, and a referee. I hate rumors." Katie said.

"You know you'll probably run into Dal backstage." Katie said.

Her jaw dropped. "Ew Miz?! And a referree?! Who the hell started these rumors, Michelle McCool?" she asked in total shock.

"I know...but...I can still avoid him...and I want to be close to Dave."

"Aww...you and Dave would look so cute together. I'm so happy for you Maria." Katie said.

"What happened with you and Dal that made you cheat if you don't mind me asking." Katie said.

She giggled a little. "Thank you."

"Well...he has a daughter and I like her; she's adorable and all, but I'm not ready for that right now...and...my heart just wasn't in the relationship. It wasn't too serious yet so that's good. And...one thing that bothered me was that...he didn't really like that I did Playboy. I understand if you dont' like the magazine, but I kind of wished he would have been proud of my accomplishment." she explained.

"Dave's nothing but proud of everything I've achieved and he's really supportive."

"What a jerk Dal is, I'm glad you have someone as great as Dave." Katie said with a smile.

"Dal wasn't ever a bad guy." she defended. "Just not the right guy for me." she said softly.

"But yes...Dave makes me so happy. Now...back to those rumors....I'm curious about how I managed to date Miz and a referee too." she said arching her eyebrow.

"I don't know, I'm not the one that started them. I just heard them but I'm pretty sure The Miz started that rumor to make himself look good." Katie said as she rolled her eyes.

She laughed. "That sounds like something he'd do."

"So I'll be back in a day or two after I talk to Stephanie." she told Katie, getting up.

"Okay, see you later." Katie said.

(Okay sounds good to me and yes that is very convenient. lol)

"Thanks Katie." she said before getting up and leaving.

~A Few Days Later~

Maria bounced back over to Raw. She made her way back to Katie's office and knocked on the door.

Katie was texting Randy on her cell phone when she heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." Katie said.

Maria walked in smiling. "Hey there Katie." she said as she saw that she was texting someone.

"Oh...I can come back if you're busy."
