Lacy, Punk and the kids had just gotten home from Ellie's house celebrating Christmas and the kids had tired themselves out. Lacy and Punk tucked them in and brought in their gifts from the car before heading upstairs to retire for the night. Lacy had gotten out of the shower and saw him sitting on the bed, messing with his phone and might have surprised him by going to sit on his lap. "Did you enjoy your day today?"

He was surprised, but he wasn't going to question her about it or be all weird. "I did." he said as he wrapped his arms around her waist after he put his phone down. "Did you?"

"Yep. So, I got you two gifts. I don't know if they're any good." she shrugged.

"Oh come on, you know any gift you give me is always good to me."

"We'll see." she chuckled and lifted her hair up and showed him her new tattoo behind her ear. It was an infinity tattoo with two dates in roman numerals above and below it. "The top date is the day we first met, and the lower one is the day we got married. And of course, the infinity means you and me, forever... or for as long as you'll have me." she chuckled a little.

He looked over her tattoo and smiled at her when she told him what the tattoo stood for. "I love it, Lace." he told her. "And you know I'll gladly keep you around forever."

She pulled the paper out from her pocket with the design on it. "If you want to get it too, here's the proof. I know the way to your heart is a tattoo." she chuckled.

"Once I figure out where I wanna put it, I'll definitely get it." He said and took the proof.

"Well good, I am glad you like it."

"I sure do." He said. "I was actually thinking of getting Property of Lacy tattooed on my ass, but thought against it." He joked.

"Good plan." she chuckled lightly.

"I thought so." He said as he kissed her hand.

"You think the kids had a good day?" she asked as she let him hold her hand.

"I think so." he said. "They seemed to enjoy their gifts and spending time with Maddie, Ajay and Sophia."

"I think Jack's got a little crush on Maddie." she chuckled.

"What makes you say that?"

"Every time he sees her he hugs and kisses all over her and it drives Brandon nuts."

He snorted. "I don't get why it would bother Brandon."

"Because he's like you where he'll harass a girl forever until the girl stops putting up with his shit and asks him out." she chuckled. "Sound familiar?"

"Hmmmm, rings a bell." he joked.

"Like father like son."

"He's more brutal.' he joked.

"Like I said." she chuckled. "Ellie got me a gift but she told me not to open it in front of everyone." she said as her cheeks reddened a little. "Her hints suggested it was for me -and- you."

He chuckled because she was so cute when she blushed. "Hm, really? Maybe we should check it out then. Especially if it's making you blush like a school girl, which is cute." he winked.

"It's embarrassing." she chuckled a little, rubbing her cheeks to get the red out of them.
