Daughter

Ellie had some running around she needed to do with Madison and Ajay, but didn't want to bring Sophia, since Sophia would probably get fussy over being out and about all day. Before she went out though, she changed Sophia into her outfit for the day and then went to look for Colt. "Scott?" she called out to see what room he was in. She'd ask him if he wasn't busy, to stay with Sophia, but if he was busy then she'd just take Sophia with her or drop her off at Marcia's.

Scott was in the bedroom and heard Ellie call for him. He went out to meet with her. "Yeah?"

"Oh. Hey." she chuckled a bit as she faced him. "Do you have anything to do today?"

"I was gonna work on the podcast and maybe invite Punk over. Why?"

"Ah." she nodded. "Well, I promised Ajay and Maddie that I'd take them to a few stores to look for Halloween costumes. I didn't want to take Sophia though because she gets fussy after being in her car seat for too long." she snorted. "So, I wanted to see if you can stay with her if you weren't busy. It's no big deal though, I'll ask your Mom if she can watch her."

"You mean you'll actually leave me alone with her?" he chuckled. "You never let her leave your sight."

"I knowwwww, I'm just so overprotective over her." she chuckled. "But you're her Daddy and I know she'll be in great hands."

"No problem." he chuckled.

"You're not gonna freak?" she teased.

"Shut up." he chuckled and tapped her nose. "Go do whatever it is you and the kiddies do, Sophie and I will be fine."

"Okay." she said. "I made some bottles for you, they're in the fridge. You just have to warm them up. She's showered and changed already and she napped; so she'll be wide awake. If she gets cranky, you can play some music for her. She likes anything. You can give her her rattle or some toys as well, she loves hearing the noise for some reason." she told him. "If she starts to cry like nonstop, well just rock her a little and talk to her, she likes that too. If anything, call your Mom or Punk or me. I'll come home. Oh! Also, she...." she continued as she rambled on, lol.

"Ellie." he chuckled and grabbed her shoulders. "I got it. Go, go now."

She snorted and nodded. "Sorry. I am going." she told him. "Maddie! Ajay! Let's go."

"Halloween costume shopping!" Ajay cheered as he ran towards Ellie.

"I hope Ajay decides to be the devil this year. That's what he is all year anyway." Maddie smirked.

"Be nice." He chuckled and ruffled Madison's hair. "Be good for Mommy, okay guys?"

"We will be." Maddie nodded.

"Have fun with Sophie, alllllll by yourself." Ajay grinned.

Ellie snorted. "See you later." she said as she kissed him and started to head out with the kids.

He shook his head and went to check on Sophia in her room, peering down into her crib. "Hi Peanut."

She was pouting since everybody left her, but then she looked up at him and gave him a small grin.

He reached in to pick her up, supporting her head and kissing the top of it. "How's my Sophie?" he asked.

It's like she knew what he was asking her because she sighed and pouted.

"We can't have you pouting, Peanut." he said as he carried her out. "Want Uncle Punk to come over and we can make fun of 'im?"

She grinned at that and let out a giggle, kicking her feet in excitement.

He chuckled. She was too cute. "So it will be." he carried her into the playroom and put her in rocker, pulling out his phone to text Punk. Princess Peanut requests your presence.

She loves meeeeee On my way, honey.

He put his phone away and turned his attention back to Sophia. "Punk's on his way, and you can spit up and poop on him and stuff." he chuckled.

She frowned a bit in confusion and well...farted, lol. She let out a small grin and cooed.
