The police came up when they saw Punk tackle Nathan. Some to pull Punk off, some to handcuff Nathan.

Punk let out a groan and just calmed himself down. He was let go and went to check on Lacy.

Lacy was still on the ground. She knocked her head pretty hard, though she was still awake.

Lacy saw him and wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face into his chest.

"It's going to be okay." he told her as he picked her up gently and held her in his arms, stroking the back of her head. "I've got you."

"Phil..." she started to cry and clutched onto him tightly.

"YOU LET HER GO." Nathan yelled at him as he struggled against the police. "SHE'S MINE, YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

Punk would ignore Nathan. "I've got you." he repeated and kissed the side of her head, keeping her close to him.

He held onto her as he went to stand up, then picked her up gently, carrying her. "we should get you to the hospital." he told her.

He sighed and nodded. "Fine, whatever you want.' he told her as he went to bring her to his car.

"Sir? Where are you going?" One of the officers asked. "We'd like to take your wife to the hospital to make sure he hasn't sustained any major injuries."

"She's shaken up and just wants to go home." he said.

"Sir... there's a possibility she could be pregnant."

"The only way we can make sure if if we take her to the hospital."

He sighed. "Lace, I'm gonna take you to the hospital, okay? I'll be with you the whole time."

"Fine." She said weakly.

He kissed the top of her head. "Ambulance or can I drive?" Punk asked the cops.
