She snorted and went back to devouring her cookies, feeling content. After a while, she started cleaning up the kitchen, a smile on her face. For the first time in a while, she felt genuinely happy. She was grateful that Colt had organized a relaxing weekend; it was just what she needed to clear her head and find a better place emotionally.
