Wake Up Call [Lacy/Ellie]

Lacy lay in her hotel bed sleeping comfortably. She hadn't slept much since Phil had his accident and she'd been helping him out at home. She had to come back to work, and it was now the morning after a long tri-branded houseshow.

In her opinion, she wasn't at her best. She moved around slowly in the ring and didn't react to moves on time. Now it was her day off and she planned on spending it, in bed.

Of course, if she wanted to do that, she wouldn't have given a pregnant Ellie Hardy a spare key to her room in case she needed anything.

She frowned slightly with her eyes closed as she felt a finger jab into her cheek, poking her repeatedly. "ugh, what?"

"I think I'm going into labor." she whispered.

She jolted up immediately, looking at Ellie with wide eyes. "What? Where's AJ?"

She laughed.

"Kidding, sorry. Just wanted to see what you would do."

She shot Ellie a sleepy glare before laying back down.

"Aw I'm sorry." she said hugging her.

"Did you want to sleep some more?"

"No I just like to lay here quietly and pretend I'm sleeping." She sighs. "I've been so busy with Phil."

She pouted.

"Sorry geez. Anyway, how is he doing?"

"Fine. His ribs are almost done healing. He's at PT for his ankle."

"Ah, well thank goodness for that. How are you holding up?"

"Alright I guess. I'm up all night with him so I haven't been sleeping much."

"Aw, that's not good Lacy." she frowned.

"Does he know?"

"If he does then he hasn't said anything."

"Well have you talked to him about it?"

"No."

"Lacyyyyy, you have to."

"Noo I don't."

"Yesssss, you do."

"You're not going to bully me into telling Phil anything like you did last time." She chuckles.

"I guess you can't be the godmother anymore." she said as she sighed dramatically.

"We both know that's a lie."

"Gah, okay fine."

She chuckles. "Why are you up so early?"

"I had a doctor's appointment." she shrugged.

"Damn you people and your medical needs." She grumbled. "Where the hell is AJ? Go play with him or whatever it is you do."
