It's Snowing!

Lacy steps out of the shower in her day clothes, combing through her wet hair seeing Phil on the bed still asleep. She looks at the clock, it was eight in the morning. She shakes her head with a a small laugh going downstairs to make coffee.

She gets to the kitchen and looks out of the kitchen window, noticing that it was all white outside. She frowns in confusion, not realizing at first what it was. She looks a little closer before gasping with happiness and running back upstairs into his room.

She jumps on the bed with a large smile shaking him. "Phil! Baby. Babeee."

"Time for school already?" he murmured.

"No." She giggles. "Baby, wake up!" She laughs shaking him again.

Phil rubs his eyes and sits up.

"Okay okay, I'm up. What's making you so damn chipper this morning?" he chuckles.

"It's snowing." She grins.

"Well yes, it tends to do that." he laughs.

He looks at her.

"Is this the first time you've seen snow?"

"I live in Los Angeles. Not exactly a winter wonderland."

"True." he nods.

"Well hey look, it's snowing!" he exclaimed happily.

"Don't patronize me." She rolls her eyes with a smile.

"I'm not. I'm being happy, because you're happy." he grins.

"Sweet." She chuckles, kissing his cheek. "Sorry to wake you."

"It's fine, I probably have to get up anyway." he shrugs.

"How about we go out and play in the snow." he suggests.

"...isn't it cold out there?"

"So?"

"I don't handle the cold well."

"Well you will have to learn." he chuckles.

"It'll be fun though."

"I'm fine with just looking at it." She grins. "I'd rather stay in and be warm with you."

"Me too, but you're going in the snow." he laughs as he got up from the bed and went to the bathroom.

She sighs. "I don't have snow clothes!" She says trying to come up with an excuse.

"Well luckily for you, my sister leaves a lot of her winter clothes here and she looks about the same size as you, so you'll be fine." he said as he closed the door, brushing his teeth and getting ready for the day.

"Phil..." She groans.

"Lacyyyy..."

"But I don't wanna. Oh! My hair is wet! I can't go out or I'll get a cold." She grins.

He steps out of the bathroom and smirks at her.

"You can blow dry it. My sister left hers here too. Nice try though."

"I'm sleepy?"
