Katie looked over when the doctor came out.

"Miss Hardy you can come back now."

Katie nodded before she stood up.

"Can I go with her?" Randy asked.

"Of course." The doctor said with a smile.

Randy nodded as he put the magazine and followed Katie, holding her hand as they followed the doctor into the room.

Katie walked into the room then sat down on the chair and relaxed.

Randy sat at her side as he looked on as to what the doctor was doing.

"That gel stuff doesn't hurt the baby right?"

The doctor shook her head as Katie lifted her shirt up to show her stomach.

"No it doesn't, don't worry." The doctor said as she put the gel on Katie's stomach then started the ultrasound.

Katie smiled as she looked at the screen then looked at Randy.

"That's our baby." Katie said.

Randy was amazed at just how big the baby was and how fast it developed. He looked down at Katie and smiled.

"Yes, OUR baby."

Katie smiled widely at Randy.

"Do you want to hear the baby's heartbeat?" Katie asked.

Randy nodded almost immediately.

Katie chuckled softly then heard the baby's heartbeat.

"I know." Katie said with the wide smile still on her face.

Randy continued to watch on in amazement.

"I'll let you two have a moment while I go get the sonogram."

Katie looked at the doctor then nodded before she looked at Randy.

"That was so....surreal." he smiled.

"I agree." Katie said.

She sat up a little then wiped the gel off her stomach with a towel before her smile widened. Katie looked at Randy then took his hand.

"Feel this." Katie said as she put Randy's hand on her stomach to feel the baby kicking.

Randy felt the kick and laughed a bit.

"Definitely an Orton."

"Oh yeah. I swear they're more like punts then kicks." Katie said with a chuckle.

He smiled.

"It's definitely mine. Katie, I think we should find out what it is. I hate calling it...it."

"Me too." Katie said.

She watched the doctor walk in.

"We would like to know if what the gender of our baby is." Katie said.

The doctor nodded then looked at the screen for a minute.

"Congratulations you're having a...boy."

Randy jumped up.

"I knew it!" he cheered.

He calmed down after seeing the doctor's face and sat down.

He cleared his throat.

"I mean um, I would have been happy with a girl too."

Katie laughed then took the sonogram from the doctor.

"I see you both in six weeks."

Katie nodded then looked at Randy as she pulled her shirt back down over her stomach.

"Should we go celebrate?" Katie asked.
