All Healed Up and Ready to Roll

Katie tried to think of a comeback but couldn't.

"You're a jerk Candice Michelle Beckman." Katie joked with a chuckle.

"I know, but you love me despite it." Candice dropped into the chair opposite Katie's desk. "So are you gonna give me the real scoop on Randy?" She smirked. "Is he at least a good kisser?"

Katie giggled.

"Oh yeah he's definately a great kisser." Katie said with a wide smile.

"Oh good." Candice laughed. "You wouldn't believe how many hot guys can't kiss for shit." She said. "So points in Randy's favor!"

"I know, I've had the displeasure of kissing a couple horrible kissers and I never went on a date with them ever again." Katie said.

"Now Randy, he has got to be the best kisser in the world." Katie said with a grin.

"Yay!" Candice cheered. "So have two done the deed yet? Cause he called himself the lady thriller for awhile and I want to know, not the details but if he was all talk or his reputation earned." She laughed.

"No we haven't." Katie muttered.

"Uh oh." Candice laughed. "Why do I have a feeling that this is argument between you two, that you want to and he wants to wait."

"Yeah, I don't even know why he wants to wait. He won't tell me. We've been dating for a couple months so why not do it? Some couples don't even wait a week before they have sex." Katie said.

Candice giggled. "Well it's kind of sweet in a way."

Katie nodded.

"Yeah I guess, it's just sometimes I don't feel like he loves me as much as he's letting on." Katie said.

"Did you ever think that maybe he's doing this to prove it's not about sex for him?" Candice asked. "That he does really love you and you're not another fling to him."

"What I thought but maybe I am just a fling to him but I'm just not good enough to have sex with. You should have seen him talking to that hair and makeup person last week." Katie said.

"Katie!" Candice laughed. "Randy's a natural born flirt, he'd flirt with Mae Young given the chance. Besides, how could you be just a fling to him? He has to realize how fabulous you are! Of course you're good enough to make love with. If I was gay, I'd want you." She joked.

Katie looked up at Candice.

"Candice, ew. I'll just stick to guys thank you." Katie said.

She sighed.

"It's just when I saw him with her it made me feel like I wasn't anything special to him and that he didn't really love me. I've already been through a guy cheating on me and I don't want to go through that again." Katie said as she looked down.

"It was a joke." Candice laughed. "But seriously Katie, Randy's not an idiot. If he says he loves you I'm sure he means it. Try not to worry so much. I don't think he's going anywhere. Love's not a word Randy throws around carelessly."

Katie smiled.

"You're right and you are going to be champion so if you want to do that happy dance again go ahead." Katie said with a laugh.

Candice got up and started doing her happy dance again. "Yay!"

"But you're only going to be champion for five minutes." Katie lied then giggled when Candice stopped doing her happy dance.

"Why are you so mean to Candice?" She pouted.

"Because it's still torture Candice say for another two seconds." Katie said.

She got up two seconds later then hugged Candice.

"I'm sorry for torturing you Candi." Katie said.

Candice laughed and hugged her back. "You're a goof, Katie, but I love you anyways. You're forgiven!"

Katie chuckled.

"I know I'm a goof, that's what makes me so lovable." Katie joked.

"And you entertain me with it." Candice chuckled.

Katie chuckled.

"Your goofiness entertains me too." Katie said.
