We Deserve It

"Wow, it's been so long." she said. "Is he planning another wedding?" she teased.

"Probably not." Lacy snorted.

She chuckled. "Your birthday is coming up too. He's probably planning something."

"I'm getting old." she frowned. "Nothing to celebrate."

"Plenty to celebrate." she said. "We're celebrating at Disney most likely."

She snorted. "35 is old. It's almost 40."

"You don't look it though."

"Yes, I look 50"

"You do not." she snorted.

"55"

She snorted. "No and nothing higher either. "You look really good. You look like you're about to turn 30."

"I wasn't thrilled about 30 either." she snorted

"You are just never thrilled with birthdays." she laughed.

"25 was a good birthday." she chuckled.

"I couldn't even go cause I wasn't allowed in the clubs." she snorted.

She chuckled. "Phil took me out and I think I ended up in his bedroom in my bra."

"That sounds like it was a crazy night." she chuckled.

"He liked to say that I was like his little sister.. and I didn't like that." she chuckled.

"You always had a crush on him?"

"I'd always thought he was cute." she said. "I think when we had our first storyline together in the indies that's when I started to like him, but he was dating.. basically everyone but me." he snorted.

"D'awwww." she said. "He had no idea?"

"No, and I'd been in his room in my bra a lot." she chuckled.

"Men are so oblivious sometimes." she snorted.
