A Little Late

"Depends on what kinds of snacks you want."

"The only snack I want is right here next to me." he smirked.

"I'm not stopping you from eating your cupcake." she chuckled. "It's right there on your night stand."

He snorted. "Wasn't talking about that, but okay." he said and just grabbed his cupcake to eat it.

"Did I do good?"

"You did great." he nodded.

"Good, because it's hard to find vegan cupcakes this late."

"Well thank you. I know I'm a pain in the butt, but you did great at your hard effort to make up my birthday for me."

"All I did was buy you a cupcake." she chuckled a little.

"A vegan one, cause like you said it's hard to find one so late at night."

"Well I do what I can."

"You're the best."

"I am." She chuckled. "And for future reference, I got your little snack joke."

"I was hoping you did." he chuckled.

"And that's why I told you to eat your cupcake." she chuckled a little.

"Ah." he nodded. "Well, I did."

"You ate it so fast, maybe you are a little fat." she joked.

"...I am entitled to a cheat day, so damn it I will enjoy my cupcake." he laughed.

"I guess so." she chuckled a little.

"Mhm." he chuckled. "Well then, I guess we should sleep. As much as I love that you came here in the middle of the night, you must be tired and need some sleep."

"Was that your way of asking if I'm too tired to get naked?" she chuckled a little.

He chuckled and shook his head. "I just imagine you must be tired is all. Catching flights and shit."

"I am tired, and you want to snack on me." she snorted.

"Like I said, it's an everyday thing." he said as he turned off the tv and pulled the covers over them.

"We're gonna get you a blow up doll with some edible panties." she chuckled a little
