"Okay!" they said as they both went upstairs. A short while after, they came back down. "Um, Daddy?"

"We went to Sophia's room, but she's sleeping." Maddie said.

"Mommy too. She's sitting in her rocking chair and is sitting with Sophia there. They're both sleeping." he giggled. "Do we wake them up?"

"No." He shook his head with a small chuckle. God forbid if Sophia woke up. "I'll go put Mommy to bed. You two go brush your teeth and get ready for bed. You got school tomorrow."

"Do we really?" Maddie asked with a grin. "The teachers said America is all about freedom! I don't wanna go to school."

"...go upstairs Maddie." Ajay snorted.

"You do?!" Maddie asked as she headed upstairs. "If you've been a good boy, maybe Santa will bring you one for Christmas."

"I've been a very good boy this year so we will see." he chuckled. "Go brush your teeth guys, and I'll get you in your PJ's. I have to go put Mommy to bed."

He went into the nursery and chuckled lightly at the sight of Ellie and Sophia. He grabbed Sophia gently and put her in her crib before going back to Ellie and gathering her in his arms gently.

She felt the movement, but was too tired to even resist. She just rested her head against his chest. "Peanut?" she muttered still half asleep, asking to make sure she was okay and didn't drop her or anything.

"She's okay. I've got you now." he kissed the top of her head and carried her to their room.

"Kay." she was her simple reply. "Sorry I fell asleep with her." she said through a yawn. "Sleepy." she said and went back to falling asleep again.

"Then sleep." he said as he carried her the rest of the way before laying her down on the bed, starting to undress her.

He leaned down to kiss her stomach softly before pulling down her pants. "Well you can stay in and rest tomorrow and I'll watch the kids."
