Shopping with Her

"...why?"

"Because you need it." she said.

"Really?"

"What did I do?"

"Nothing." He told her. "I just don't want to rest."

"I just want you to feel better."

"I feel fine, I told you I would tell you if it bothered me, but the old knee seems to be holding up."

"Well i can't help but feel like you're going to screw your knee up, so lets just.. cool it, okay? At least until the doctor clears you."

"Fiiiiiiine."

"Cheer up."

"Forever sad."

"Well be sad on your side of the bed, I need go clean up in the shower."

He snorted. "Well if you need help or something, I'm here."

(going to bed now, night!)

"I'm sure." she chuckled and moved from under him, putting on his shirt and heading into the bathroom.

He sighed and just put on his boxers in the meanwhile, then laid back on the bed waiting for Lacy.

She came out a few moments later, wearing another set of t-shirt and shorts. "Bathroom's yours, if you want it."

"Thanks." he said and went into the bathroom to take a quick shower and change.

She laid down on her side of the bed and flipped through the channels on TV.

He came back out after he showered and changed, joining her in the bed. "Are we watching Total Divas?" he joked.

"You wish." she snorted.

"Actually I don't."

"I am sure."

"Imagine if you were on that show and they had to show us. Ugh. I'd be frowning and grumpy in every scene."

"How is that any different from any other day?" she snorted.

"I am not grumpy...that often." he smirked.
