Clearing the Mind

She tried not to laugh, but she couldn't hold it in. "Oh my God." she giggled. "Poor Ally though. Did she freak after?"

"Uh...it was Maddie's first?" he grinned.

"She wouldn't stop screaming. She tried to hide it from Punk and threw a blanket over the fishbowl. He noticed." she snorted. "He offered to buy her another fish but she doesn't want it."

"Go." he chuckled.

She laughed and shook her head in amusement. "Well, at least she isn't mourning by wearing black tutus or anything." she joked. "It's what I expected to hear."

"Fineeee." he said and went to help Maddie.

"She's something else. Now, why am I with you today?"

"I need to go buy a dress for Maddie for the wedding and I figured I would bring you along. Plus, I asked Punk if maybe Ally and Brandon can be in it. He told me to ask you and if you say yes, then you can pick their outfits out for them." she said. "They don't have to be in it if you don't want them to be, it's up to you." she told her.

"Ellie." She groaned. "They don't have to be in it if I don't want them to be? You can't say that and expect me to say no. I'd look like an asshole."

"No you won't." she chuckled. "Seriously, I don't mind. I was just going to have them walk with Maddie and Ajay."

"They can be at the wedding."

"Okay then, great." she said. "This is pretty much all I have to do anyway." she told her. "And since Ally is....different compared to Maddie, I figured you would know what style of dress she'd want." she chuckled.

"She is not going to wear a tutu to a wedding." she snorted. "Give her a pretty dress and she's happy. She's such a girl."

"It amuses me how girly she is, when you aren't like that. How do you even deal?"

"I don't. Phil does." she chuckled.

"Nice." she laughed a bit as she found a parking spot. "Yay shopping." she joked as she turned off the car.

"I haven't been shopping in a while."

"It should be fun."

"Off we go."

"Mhm." she said as they headed into the store. "So...I had a really weird dream last night."

"Oh?"

"Yeahhhhh." she said. "It was my wedding day, my family was there and so were you. I made it down the aisle and through the ceremony, then when my veil was lifted, it was Brad and not Scott. I tried pushing him away and tried to leave but everybody kept me towards him and wanted me to marry him. He said he killed Scott and the kids." she frowned. "I woke up screaming and it freaked me out.' she said as she looked around.

"Geez." She frowned. "Do you know why you might have dreamt that?"

"I have no idea." she said. "I haven't even thought about Brad since the kidnapping. Luckily Scott came home last night though because I would have been walking around the house and making sure everything was okay." she chuckled a little. "I didn't sleep though. I was scared that Brad would pop up again if I did."

"Well it was just a dream. He's locked up for good now."

"Yeah, I guess. I still can't help but to worry though, you know?"

"Yeah, I know." she nodded.

She shook her head. "I'm going to try to ignore it." She told her. "Though I may go pay him a visit to make sure he's still in there and everything."
