All that talk and she suddenly became nervous. "...oh. This is really happening." she said. "I'm scared." she said as she blinked back tears.

She sniffled. "I am going to be responsible for another human being and I'm not going to be a good Mom." she said. "I don't have a Mom to show me what to do or be there for my phone calls when something is wrong or I need help. I don't even know how to be a Mom, I don't know anything." she muttered.

She nodded and cried. Hormones. "You guys are the best." she said and hugged both of them tightly.

She let them go and let out a breath, nodding. "Here we go." she said and started to push.

Lacy stood off to the side, letting Scott encourage her.

She pushed when the doctor told her to and obviously let out some curse words, told Scott she hated him, apologized, cried and finally with one last push, let their baby out. "It's a girl!" they announced as the baby started to cry and Ellie just laid back against the pillows, trying to breath regularly.

Well that wasn't a pretty sight. Even so, he smoothed Ellie's hair back. "Look Ellie, a girl. Our girl."
