What If? II

Punk and Lacy were in a hotel, since they were going to appear at an indy show the next night...just to check it out and so on. They were currently in bed, watching whatever was on the tv. He ran his fingers through her hair. "You good?" he asked as he kissed her forehead.

"Mhm." She said, relaxing at the feel of his fingers in her hair. "Just a little tired from the trip."

"Well tonight, you'll get plenty of rest." he said as he kissed the top of her head. "Excited?"

"I'm gettin' there." She laughed softly. "Are you?"

"I am." he nodded. "Just can't wait to see some of the guys. They still don't believe that we've been together all this time." he chuckled.

"That's why you wanna go back, to prove that your marriage didn't fail." Lacy laughed a little.

"And to show off my hot wife." he joked. "It wasn't going to fail anyway." he snorted.

"Plenty of people thought otherwise." She chuckled.

"True." he nodded. "Imagine if we did go through with the divorce. You think it'd be weird?"

"You'd probably move on and I'd realize what an idiot I was." She chuckled a little.

"...then it'd be super weird." he chuckled.

"No, you'd be boning the other girl right about now." She chuckled.

He chuckled. "It's interesting thinking about what could have happened."

"Not for me." She chuckled. "I don't like thinking about that." she kissed his chest.

"Same here. Though, you'd probably be dating somebody too." he chuckled. "Just imagine."

After all the fights that occurred between Punk and Lacy and all the drama they went through...Punk caved into the divorce that Lacy wanted, giving her the freedom she wanted. After all, he wanted her to be happy and move on however she wanted. It had been about...almost a year since they divorced and clearly, Lacy didn't want to be with Punk. Now he finally decided that maybe it was time to try to move on and start dating again. He went on a few dates here and there, until he found somebody that he got along with and decided to give it a try. They weren't serious, the relationship was still very new. Anyway, Punk headed out to Lacy's place to pick up the kids. He rang the doorbell.

"Johnny, stop!" Ally giggled loudly. We gotta get the door!

A deep male voice chuckled and not long after, John Cena (of course ) answered the door with Allison up over his shoulder. "Oh... hey, Punk."

Okay so, Punk didn't know about...Cena and Lacy? So he was definitely in shock when he saw John open the door. He had to remember to stay cool though. Lacy and Punk weren't together anymore and he expected her to move on. Besides, he was seeing somebody too. "Uh, Cena. Hey." he nodded.

Ally heard Punk's voice, and of course she flipped out. "DADDY! Down Johnny, down!!" Cena chuckled and got her off of his shoulder, handing her over to Punk.

Punk took Ally and kissed her cheek, hugging her. "Hey Princess."

"I miss you! But Johnny play with me, so not that much." She grinned. Ouch, lol.

"I'm gonna go get Lace for you." Cena said as he headed back inside of the house.

Jesus, kill him while we're at it, lol. He nodded at Cena, then at Ally. "Ah well, good." he nodded as he waited. "Go get your stuff and your brother, so we can go." he said as he put her down.

"Can Johnny come with us? He fun!"

"He can't." he told her. "This is my time with you guys."

"But Daddy." Allison crossed her arms and pouted. "Me and Bam Bam want Johnny to come. Johnny play with us."

He tried hard not to look annoyed or irritated. "You can play with him later when I bring you guys back."
